This petition is filed to implead the proposed respondent as the 4th respondent in the above Writ Petition.

2. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents is directed to produce the files relating to the Audit Objection and the initiation of the proceedings for recovering the deficit Stamp Duty.
