PRABAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VIGNESH Advocate for[r-1] on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed, seeking to condone the delay of 3 days in filing the above criminal revision against the Order, dated 04.10.2019, passed in Crl.M.P.No.14276 of 2019, by the learned Principal Sessions Court, Erode. 2.
Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to his financial constrain, he was unable to comply with the conditional order directing deposit of a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- before the trial Court. Thereby, the petitioner, seeking for condonation of delay, has filed this petition. Further, the petitioner has also sought for extension of time by two weeks for making payment of Rs.1,50,000/-.

The learned counsel for the respondent vehemently opposed for the condonation of delay.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and delay is condoned and time to comply with the conditional order passed on 04.10.2019 is extended for a further period of two weeks from today.
