This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26976 of 2022 on 04.11.2022 to stay at Chidambaram and report the Inspector of Police, Chidambaram Town Police Station everyday at 10.30a.m and 5.30p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months .
