Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2019 within a time frame as fixed by this Court in accordance with law thereby forbear the 4th respondent from interfering in the civil disputes pending in S.No.308/2 and S.No.308/3 Arcot Kuppam Village, Thiruttani Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2019 within a time frame as fixed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

this Court in accordance with law and thereby forbear the 4th respondent from interfering in the civil disputes pending in S.No.308/2 and S.No.308/3 Arcotkuppam Village, Thiruttani Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that under the guise of an enquiry, the fourth respondent police would harass them. It is needless to point out that during the course of enquiry, the fourth respondent are not bound to act in such a manner which would amount to harassment. The learned counsel also submitted that they are willing to co-operate with the investigation.

In view of such a submission, the fourth respondent shall endeavour to complete the enquiry, as expeditiously as possible. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
