ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's application dated 14.09.2023 wherein he is praying for sub division of the Survey numbers and to issue separate patta.

Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate, takes notice on behalf of the respondents submits that there is no any dispute or impediment in considering the application and that the second respondent is in the process of considering the application and that the orders will passed in accordance with law.

In view of the said submission, this writ petition is dispose of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 14.09.2023 and pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law and in any event not later than the period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
