2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has served notice on Mr.Senthil Kumar who appeared on behalf of the 2nd respondent in the writ petition and Affidavit of Service was also filed. The name of Mr.Senthil Kumar is also printed in the cause list. However, there is no representation on the side of the 2nd respondent.

3/5 4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed. Accordingly, the miscellaneous petition is ordered.
