Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 3 to take appropriate legal action against the 4th and 5th respondents for their unauthorised and illegal construction and to remove the same and letting drainage water in the public street based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2019, further direct them to pay compensation of Rs.5 lakhs to the petitioner.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) The petitioner made representation to the respondents 1 to 3 on 10.06.2019 alleging that the sewage from the residence of 4th and 5th respondents is being let out without any treatment causing health hazard to him and his family members. As no action is forthcoming, the present writ petition is filed.

2. Though a larger prayer has been sought for, taking note of the representation made by the petitioner, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to look into the same and take appropriate action, after due notice to the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 and 5. Needful will have to be done within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
