ORDER
This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Certiorari seeking interference to the notice dated 07.12.2017 issued by the fifth respondent in respect of the petitioners' shops and consequently direct the fifth respondent to fix a fair rent to the petitioners' licensed shops. 2.
No appearance for the petitioner. This writ petition is pending from the year 2017. The period has long since passed by. Even if examined it would be of no avail.
