Even though this writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus, forbearing the 2nd respondent from registering the documents in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.318/1 to an extent of 0.69 acres situated at Nallattipalayam Village, Kinathukadavu, Coimbatore, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2023, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that today, an order has been passed rejecting the petitioner's representation and the petitioner wants to challenge the said order.
