Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2023 within a time frame and pass such further orders.

The petitioner is in possession of agricultural lands and he wants to draw water from his own well by laying a pipeline, but the pipeline has to pass through a water body namely odai poramboke.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the pipeline would be drawn in such a manner without affecting the flow of water and beneath the earth. He has also made a representation dated 13.09.2023 in that behalf.
3. The learned Government Advocate taking notice on behalf of the respondents would submit that the 4th respondent will consider the petitioner's representation on its own merits and in accordance with law.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 2/4
13.09.2023 and pass orders in accordance with law on merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No Costs.
