O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining wilful disobedience of the order dated 23.02.2023 in WP.No.4493 of 2018 by the respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner represents that as against the order dated 23.02.2023 in WP.No.4493 of 2018, the respondents filed Writ Appeal in W.A.No.615 of 2024. A Division Bench of this Court disposed of the said Writ Appeal and remanded the matter to the concerned authority for reconsideration. In view of the same, he submits that the Contempt Petition may be closed.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents also endorsed the same.
