ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2025 and grant lease for fishing rights in Kurumberi, Simmanaputhur

3/6 Lake and Boomikuppam Big Lake that comes under the jurisdiction of FCE20, Aneri Fisherman Cooperative Society Ltd., Tirupathur district in pursuance of the order of this court dated 21.06.2023 made in W.P. No.6819 of 2023 etc batch cases, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard Mr.S.Gopinath, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the grounds raised by the petitioner and also taking note of the earlier order passed by this Court in a batch of cases in W.P.No.6819/2023 etc. dated 21.06.2023, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner and take a decision and convey the same to the petitioner within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
