The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 4th respondent to consider and dispose of petitioners representation dated 09.10.2019 and direct the 3rd Respondent to consider the Petitioners application dated 26.09.2019 on merits.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition become infructuous and hence prays for closure of this petition.

3. In the light of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
