Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to forward the appeal against the order dated 18.03.2019 passed by him in Na.Ka.No.71/2018/a2 preferred by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent with the original impugned order.

This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to forward the appeal preferred by the petitioner herein against the order dated 18.03.2019 to the 2nd respondent.
2. The petitioner and his family members, who are the owners of the subject property being aggrieved by non issuance of patta has made a representation to the 1st respondent regarding the erroneous entry of certain names in the patta of their land. The 1st respondent has dismissed their petition vide order dated 18.03.2019. Aggrieved by that, appeal has been filed by the petitioner, but erroneously it was addressed to the 1st respondent himself, who has passed the impugned order instead of 2nd respondent, who is the appellate authority. writ petition is filed for forwarding the appeal to the 2nd respondent.
3. After notice, the 1st respondent in this writ petition appears to have forwarded the appeal of the petitioner to the 2nd respondent vide proceedings Na.Ka.No.71/2018/Aa2 dated 20.11.2019 and a copy of the proceedings was also furnished by the learned Additional Government Pleader.
3. In view of the action taken by the 1st respondent pursuant to the request made by the petitioner herein, nothing survives in this writ petition and the same dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
