The petitioners/A7 & A6 have filed Crl.O.P.No.24905 of 2023 and the petitioner/A5 & A8 have filed Crl.O.P.No.24974 of 2023, both in Crime No.896 of 2023, registered by the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 147, 148, 302 & 120(B) of IPC. 2.It is stated that there are totally nine accused and one of the accused is a juvenile and therefore, in Crime No.896 of 2023 there are eight accused. Four of the accused have sought bail. They have been in judicial custody from 02.09.2023 and 03.09.2023 alternatively. 3.It is the case of the prosecution that owing to previous enmity, the petitioners and the other accused had gone to the gym at middle of the night at 12.45 a.m., where, it is stated that the son of the defacto complainant and other two persons, who were with him, were grievously assaulted, leading to death of three persons, including the son of the defacto complainant and two of them had been injured. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

ata 4.Taking into consideration the fact that it is extremely a grievous nature of attack, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners in both the petitions. Accordingly, these Criminal Original Petitions stand dismissed.
