The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.358 of 2021 registered by the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 4(1)(aaa) and 4(1-A)(ii) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act r/w Section 6 and 7 of Tamil Nadu Rectified Sprit Rules 2000.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that, he has been falsely implicated as an accused in this case. Apprehending arrest from the respondent police, he seeks bail to the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) stated that on 06.08.2021, the respondent police found the petitioner with 35,000 litres of ID arrack. The petitioner managed to escape.
