ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the auction notice issued by the second respondent in Na.Ka.Aa3/2387/2017 dated 15.12.2017 and quash the same.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the lease period is over, the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. She also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. Such view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
