C.M.P Nos.25588, 25591 and 25592 of 2019 in C.M.A.No.481 of 2018 A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

These three petitions have been filed by the petitioners, i) to condone the delay of 1503 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of Ezappan, the sole appellant in the above appeal, ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of Ezappan, the sole appellant and iii) to bring the petitioners 2 and 3 on record as legal heirs of the deceased Ezappan, the sole appellant, as appellants 2 and 3 in the above CMA.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 has no objection in allowing these three applications.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these three petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the matter on 11.04.2023.
