O R D E R

By consent of both the parties, this writ petition has been taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Mr.R.U.Dinesh Rajkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2022 requesting for transferring her from Science City to Higher Education Department or to any other department within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. The petitioner is presently working as Office Assistant (Spl. Grade). She claims that she is suffering from Thyroid cancer and due to her health reasons, she has given a representation on 11.07.2022 requesting to transfer her from Science City to Higher Education Department or to any other Department. Since the representation has not been considered till date, she has filed this writ petition. 2/4

5. Heard Mr.K.R.Neelambar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.U.Dinesh Rajkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

6. No prejudice would be caused to respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

7. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the first respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2022 seeking for transferring her from Science City to Higher Education Department or to any other Department, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

8. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
