This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the Managing Director and the District Manager of Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Limited (TASMAC) praying to condone the short delay of 18 days in filing the appeal papers.

Although respondent has been served and his name is printed in the causelist, none appeared.

Having been satisfied with the reason stated in the affidavit, the short delay is condoned and the civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
