These Criminal Original Petitions are listed today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that this Court, by an order dated 01.11.2023, had granted bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. However, in the order copy, the value of the trees which was cut out has been wrongly mentioned as Rs.20/- lakhs instead of Rs.10/- lakhs and the condition imposed on the petitioners has also been wrongly stated as Rs.3,00,000/- instead of Rs.2,00,000/-. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the above submission, the error is corrected and the para 2 and para 13(b) of the order shall be read as follows: "2. ........ It is stated that the value of the said trees which was cut out, was Rs.10 lakhs.

13(b). the petitioners shall jointly deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.69 of 2023 before the concerned Magistrate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order"

4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order and issue fresh order copy on 03.11.2023.
