grant 30 days ordinary leave to the petitioner's husband Mani @ Manikandan (Male/43 years), (Prisoner No.4954), who is confined in Central Prison , Kalapattu, Puducherry based upon the application of the petitioner dated 30.09.2024 to attend and make financial arrangements and moral support for the delivery of child and surgery of the petitioner's minor son Adithya Varma (aged 3 years) who is critically suffering from fits and paralysis and renovation of petitioner's house which is in dilapidated condition. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner/wife of the prisoner has given birth to a female child and the matter has become infructuous. In this regard, he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

2.In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
