J., Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that, this Court passed an order in A.No.4203 of 2017 dated 30.10.2017, to attach the immovable property morefully described in the judges summons. Subsequent to the said order, the matter got settled between the applicant and the respondent. Hence, he filed the present application to raise the attachment ordered by this Court in A.No.4203 of 2017 dated 30.10.2017. 2.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, the attachment ordered by this Court dated 30.10.2017 in A.No.4203 of 2017 is hereby raised.
