O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) The petitioner, father of the detenue namely M.Sathya, aged about 27 years, has come forward with this Habeas Corpus Petition to produce the detenue before this Court and set her at liberty. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the 4th respondent has detained the detenue in his illegal custody in an unknown place. 3.After filing of this petition, the respondents have secured the detenue. The detenue and the petitioner are present before this Court, today. On enquiry, the detenue stated that she does not know the 4th respondent (Ranjitkumar) and further stated that she was staying with her friends in Chennai and she was on her own and not in illegal custody of anyone. The
detenue has now expressed her willingness to go with her father/petitioner. 4.In view of the statements of the detenue, this Court finds that this is not a case of illegal detention. Recording the fact that the detenue has now agreed to go with the petitioner (father of the detenue), this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
