When the matter was taken for hearing on 08.11.2021, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter got adjourned to 15.11.2021. Accordingly, the matter is listed today. Today also none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representations dated 24.11.2016 and 27.12.2016, for distribution of water was considered and the water has been distributed to the petitioner subsequent to the filing of the present Writ Petition. Therefore, the prayer in this Writ Petition becomes infructuous and this would be the reason for the non-appearance of the petitioner.

3.Though the learned Government Government Advocate submits that the matter has become infructuous, there is no representation for the petitioner on the couple of occasions.
