ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to pay 21 fees bills stated in the representation letter dated 16.04.2021 together with the interest at the rate of 24% per annum on the bills.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had filed a representation, requesting the respondents to pay the fees for the service rendered by the petitioner. In spite of the said representation, the respondent had not cleared the 21 bills produced by the petitioner till date. Hence this petition.

3. In reply, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that in this case, the petitioner's claim was made for payment of fees as early as in the year 2021 itself. Hence, he requests this Court to direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation, in which case, the respondent will consider the same as expeditiously as possible.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent and also perused the entire materials available on record.

5. In the case on hand, it appears that the petitioner's representation, with regard to the request for payment of fees, was not considered by the respondents till date.

6. In view of the above, this Court directs the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent. In such case, the respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of petitioner's fresh representation.
