The Criminal Original Petition is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 06.11.2023, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, a typographical error has crept in the paragraph 3 of the order copy. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions.

3. Considering the above submission, the error is corrected and the para 3 of the order shall be read as follows: "[3] It is stated that the petitioner is a resident of Flat at FOG-2 Block, Jain Aksharya Apartment, No.1, Vembuli Amman Koil Street, Virugambakkam, Chennai-600093. It is stated that her husband A1 had borrowed an amount of Rs.5,00,000/- and Rs.2,50,000/- from the de facto complainant. The de facto complainant wanted return of the said amount. The 1st accused had stated that the flat mentioned in the FIR could be sold and an agreement of sale was entered into by the 1st accused with the de facto complainant and thereafter it had been found that the property was under mortgage. It is the specific case of the prosecution that the mortgage was discharged by the de facto complainant but after discharge, the property was sold by the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

vkr present petitioner for valuable consideration. This had led to the lodging of a complaint and registration of FIR. The learned counsel for the petitioner claims that the petitioner does not know about the whereabouts of her own husband/A1. But however, it is stated that owing to discharge of the mortgage, a sum of Rs.12.60/- lakhs would be deposited in Court to show bonafide of the petitioner herein."

4. Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy on 20.11.2023 and the time already granted by this Court is extended for a period of two weeks from 20.11.2023.
