The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.258 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 342, 294(b), 363, 384 and 506(ii) of IPC.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner/ accused had been taken into custody.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), issue of anticipatory bail does not arise, petition stands dismissed.
