ORDER
This petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to discharge the petitioner's name in FIR No.101 of 2016 dated 16.03.2016 on the file of the respondent police, registered for the offences under Sections 465, 468, 471, 420 & 511 of IPC. 2.
On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that after completion of investigation in FIR No.101 of 2016, the respondent filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.711 of 2023 on the file of the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, in which, the petitioner is arrayed as second accused.
