This application has been filed to amend the name of the 2nd petitioner in the petition and order copy as, Ashique instead of Ashique Rahman and also the Satisfaction Court as learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kallakuruchi instead of learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kallakuruchi, in Crl.O.P.No.28978 of 2022, dated 30.11.2022.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.28978 of 2022, dated 30.11.2022 and issue fresh order copy.

Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties as directed by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
