The petitioner herein who had succeeded in the civil suit regarding the title of the property unable to fence his land due to hindrance caused by the neighbouring land owner. Hence before this Court seeking police protection. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that the petitioner after seeking police protection has not responded to the notice.

If the petitioner makes proper application to the Revenue authorities under the Survey and Boundaries Act, the surveyor will inspect the field and mark the boundary. The respondent police is directed to provide adequate protection for executing the official duty of the surveyor followed by fencing the boundaries of the land by the petitioner herein. 4.
