This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 231 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Case against the order in M.C.No.01 of 2018, dated 19.02.2020 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tambaram.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The reasons stated in the affidavit is accepted and the delay of 231 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned.

The petition is ordered.
