(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) Alleging that the private Respondents are putting up illegal construction, the Petitioner made a representation to the 1st Respondent on 29.10.2019, seeking action on the same. Pending consideration of the said representation, the Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition.

The representation, having been given by the Petitioner only on 29.10.2019, we are not inclined to pass any positive orders. Suffice it is to direct the 1st Respondent to look into the Petitioner's representation dated 29.10.2019 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after due notice to the private Respondents, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Petitioner is directed to give another representation to the 1st Respondent within a period of one week from today.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
