ORDER

The learned counsel on either side as well as the parties are present before this Court.

2. This Court, vide order dated 04.03.2020, has referred the

matter for amicable settlement to the Tamil Nadu Medication and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras and both the parties appeared before the Mediator and arrived at an amicable settlement by entering into a Memorandum of Understanding dated 02.08.2022. The Memorandum of Understanding has been enclosed along with the Mediation report, wherein the parties concerned have agreed that they have signed in the Memorandum of Understanding.

3. In the light of amicable settlement of the matter before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. The Memorandum of Understanding entered into between the parties dated 02.08.2022 is recorded and the same shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs.
