CMP No.24412 of 2019 and 1338 of 2020 in CRP No.3718 of 2019 and CRP No.862 of 2020 D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.

This court by an order dated 15.11.2019 granted interim stay in CMP No.24412 of 2019 in CRP No.3718 of 2019, on condition that the revision petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- being the compensation amount and cost ordered by the Consumer Forum, as a condition precedent, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. It is reported that the above said condition complied with.

2. In view of the above, the interim stay granted by this court in CMP No.24412 of 2019 made absolute. Consequently, the petition in CMP No.1338 of 2020 in CRP No.3718 of 2019, filed to vacate the interim stay, is dismissed. Post the matter on 07.04.2020 for final disposal.

3. In the meanwhile, the parties are agreed to go before the Mediation for amicable settlement. Therefore, this Court refers the matter to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras, http://www.judis.nic.in

mst Chennai - 600 104. Both the parties are directed to appear before the Mediator Dr.S.Padma on 19.03.2020 for mediation. The Mediator can take further time for settlement among the parties on the further dates. If no settlement is arrived at between the parties, the case may be sent to the Registry to list this matter before this Court on 07.04.2020.

4. Mr.G.Krishnamurthy, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalath for the respondent in CRP No.862 of 2020. In the meanwhile, the counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes to serve the papers of the civil revision petition to the counsel for the respondent.
