This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from erecting the transformer in front of the petitioner's land situate at R.S.No.70 / 1 to 6, Uthukuli Road, Sarkar Periyapalayam Village, Avinashi Taluk, Tiruppur District.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
