This petition is filed to condone the delay of 61 days in filing the above revision.
2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.
3.Mr.P.Sakthivel, learned counsel for the respondent opposed the petition stating that the petitioner has not shown sufficient cause for condonation of delay.
4.On perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner for condonation of delay.
Hence, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
5. Registry is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission, showing the name of Mr.P.Sakthivel, as learned counsel for the respondent.
