This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until orders in Crl.O.P.No.22448 of 2024 dated 12.09.2024.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3.It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner has complied with the conditions only for 12 days and that there are 15 previous cases against him. Hence, he vehemently opposed for granting relaxation to the petitioner. 4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the petition is dismissed for the present with the A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

ata direction to the petitioner to comply with the conditions regularly. Hence, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.22448 of 2024 dated 12.09.2024.
