These applications coming on this day before this court for hearing, the Court made the following order:- Neither Mr.R.Praveen nor Mr.J.Prathap nor Mr.T.Balaji nor Mr.D.Manimaran, learned counsel for applicants have logged in time. Further, this Court has recorded the statement of disclosing their intent to withdraw A.No.8779 of 2019, A.8778 of 2018, A.No.8536 of 2019 and A.No.8796 of 2019, in its earlier order dated 11.12.2020. Till date, it was not done.

2. Now, this Court has to act on the statement made by the learned counsel before this Court, and given the COVID times and with the restrictions with

which the Courts are held, this Court does not want wait for the memo of the applicants, but, choose to act on the statement earlier made by the counsel. Accordingly, the applications in A.No.8779 of 2019, A.8778 of 2018, A.No.8536 of 2019 and A.No.8796 of 2019 are dismissed as withdrawn.
