(Order of the Court was made by Dr. G.Jayachandran, J.) The Execution Petition has been filed to prohibit the garnishee not to release the amount lying in the account of the judgment debtor.

2. The affidavit filed by the garnishee stating that the account of the judgment debtor was closed on 08.06.2016 itself and nothing remains in his account.

3. In view of the above facts, EP No.95 of 2023 is closed.
