2. Today, the parties along with their counsels are present before this Court. It is represented that during the pendency of the applications, the dispute between the parties have been settled and memo of compromises, dated 26.11.2019 signed by the parties and their counsels have been filed.

3. It is further represented that as per the memo of compromise, the respondents have paid the amounts mentioned in the memo of compromise to the applicants through Demand Drafts. The same is recorded.

disposed of in terms of memo of compromises, dated 26.11.2019 and the same shall form part of the order. In the light of the fact, the interim orders already granted in these applications are vacated. 27.11.2019 pvs 2 / 3
