This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall stay at Sivagangai and report before the Sivagangai Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26764 of 2022 order dated 03.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months.
