2. Mr.R.Chakkaravarthy, learned counsel on record for writ Page Nos.2/8
petitioner who is before this Court, adverting to the prayer in the writ petition submits that he would abridge the prayer and it would suffice if there is a directive to the second respondent to consider the representation of writ petitioner dated 30.11.2021 (Page Nos.38 and 39 of typed set of papers) on its own merits and in accordance with law.
3. Mr.S.Ravikumar, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of all eight respondents.
4. This Court with the consent of learned counsel for writ petitioner and learned State counsel took up the main writ petition in the Admission Board owing to the narrow compass on which it turns more particularly, owing to the abridged prayer of the writ petition.
5. Learned State counsel, adverting to G.O.Ms.No.16 dated 08.02.2021 submits that 31.01.2021 is the cut off date but learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that disbursement of loan is prior in point of time and it is in November of 2020 but this Court deems it appropriate to not to express any view or opinion on these rival contentions as it would now be for the second respondent to dispose of the aforementioned representation on its own merits and in accordance with law.
