These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the respondent Police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.Nos.16409 & 16526 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.Nos.21841 & 22132 of 2022 dated 07.11.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
