This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certorified Mandamus, to call for the records of the third respondent, having no reference number, pertaining to the appointment of the fourth respondent and quash the order dated 30.11.2017 and consequently issue a direction forbearing the third respondent from making any further appointment to the petitioner society.

2. The third respondent has now filed a Counter Affidavit, wherein, it has been stated as follows:- Having understood our fault and in consonance with the observation and views of the Hon'ble Court in the matter of appointment, the third respondent has withdrawn it order vide letter dated 19.02.2018.

3. In the light of the above, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
