Respondents PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to withdraw the Criminal Appeal No.304 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned IV Additional Sessions Judge, Coimbatore and transfer the same to the file of the learned III Additional Sessions Judge, Coimbatore to be heard along with Criminal Appeal Nos.249 of 2019, 250 of 2019 and 273 of 2019.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for the transfer of the proceedings in Crl.A.No.304 of 2019, pending on the file of the IV Additional District and Sessions Court, Coimbatore, to the file of the III Additional Sessions Court, Coimbatore, to be heard along with Crl.A.Nos.249, 250 & 273 of 2019.

2. The first respondent has filed a counter affidavit in this case. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of first respondent submitted that the first respondent has no objection in transferring the criminal appeal to the file of the III Additional Sessions Court, Coimbatore, to be heard along with the other connected criminal appeals.

3. In view of the above, the proceedings in Crl.A.No.304 of 2019 is transferred to the file of the III Additional Sessions Court, Coimbatore, to be heard along with the other connected appeals. The learned IV Additional District and Sessions Court, Coimbatore is directed to send the case bundle to the file of the III Additional Sessions Court, Coimbatore within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

copy of this order. The learned III Additional Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, on receipt of the same, shall complete the proceedings as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
