The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to grant special leave to prosecute the above appeal before this Court against an order of acquittal dated 12.03.2019 made in C.A.No.113 of 2018 on the file of I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
