This petition has been filed to amend the Sections 120 (B), 147, 148, 294 (b), 342, 307, 34 and 109 of IPC, Section 3 (i) of TN Public Property (Prevention of Damages & loss Act 1992 and Section 25(1B) (B) of Arms Act 1959 instead of Sections 147, 148, 342, 294(b) and 307 of IPC in Crl.O.P.No.25371 of 2024.

2. Considering the submission made on by both sides, the Amendment Petition is ordered.
