2. Heard Mr.Amburosh, learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and Mr.M.Vijay Anand, learned counsel for the respondent.

Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 327 days in filing Rev.Appl.Sr.No.62103 of 2023 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the review, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission. The Registry shall print the name of Mr.M.Vijay Anand, learned counsel for the respondent in the cause list, when the matter is listed for hearing.
