ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner's life and his family members in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submit that, the petitioner gave a representation to the respondents with regard to provide police protection to the petitioner, but, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondent respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2022 is available with the second respondent and if this Court Orders, they will consider the representation of the petitioner. 4.Recording the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.11.2022 on merits and take suitable action in accordance with law.
